Board of Director's message
Welcome to Canadian Independent College Organisation. Licensed by the Ministry of Education, Canadian Independent College Organisation is a not-for-profit Institution operating in Ghana for over 15+ years offering local and international programs, including the Advanced Placement Program (AP).
CICO is a non-for-profit day and boarding school focused not only on academic excellence but also on care for the whole person – physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and mentally. As a not-for-profit school, CICO forms students into intellectually competent, loving, well-rounded, mature, and dedicated leaders. Inspired by the vision of individual development for the purpose of the good of all, CICO is guided by the core values of excellent inclusive education.
As a university preparatory school, CICO graduates attend some of the premier universities in the world and go forth as leaders in science, engineering, government, business, law, education, social services, health care, business, academia, and countless other social development fields.

Mission
CICO is a not-for-profit day and boarding university preparatory school
that inspires all students to realize their talents through the pursuit
of excellence in all their endeavors. Students are taught to dedicate
themselves for the good of society, and have a lifelong commitment to
leadership and excellence.
